2. Only the Best Parts. We don't skip on parts, ever! We always choose OEM parts as our first choice. We wouldn't put cheap no-name parts on our bike and we won't put them on yours.

3. A Fair Price. We strive to keep our prices low. We work hard for our money and we know you do to. That's why we always have some of the lowest prices around without compromising quality.

4. We Will Make It Right! If we make a mistake, and let's face it nobody's perfect, we will make it right. Some dealers never admit to a mistake. We hate those guys! If we honestly make a mistake we'll own up to it and make it right.
